This course applies ethical medical terminology to real life clinical events and explores personal beliefs on death and dying. Topics include critical thinking skills, the Patients’ Bill of Rights, the NCCAOM code of Ethics, and utilizing the interdisciplinary team to resolve difficult patient and family conflicts. Approved by the NCCAOM for 2 PDAs in Ethics.
